Cross Thoughts is the radio ministry of Calvary Chapel of Kendall. Pastor Pedro Garcia leads you through the Bible, verse-by-verse in a way that is relevant, straightforward, and easy to understand. His style is humorous and contemporary connecting with a wide audience but yet does not compromise the truth of the scriptures.
In John 10:10 Jesus said, "I have come so they may have life and life to the fullest."
Each edition of Cross Thoughts is designed with that verse in mind. Our purpose is to point people to the abundant life that is found in a relationship with Christ. It is our desire that each person would fall more in love with Jesus and experience a personal and growing relationship with Him.
Cross Thoughts is currently available in three formats. There is a daily 13-minute format, a weekly 26 minute-format and a daily 60-second format called the Cross Thoughts minute.
We live in a world in which many people have their own ideas and opinions about Jesus. But, what does the Bible say about Jesus? This is a question that all of us need answered in our lives. It is an issue of life and death. All of us need to come to the right conclusion as to who He is. Join Pastor Pedro Garcia in the study of Colossians 1:15-19 as he explores this very important question. This power packed passage will answer without a doubt the question of Who is Jesus?
Do you Ever find yourself running from God? All of us have attempted to run away from God for one reason or another. Some of us are running right now as fast as we can from God in the opposite direction. The story of Jonah isn’t a whale of a tale and it isn’t tough to swallow. There is much to be learned from studying Jonah. In it we can see to what lengths God will go to get our attention. Pastor Pedro Garcia shares the many relevant lessons for us to learn through the book of Jonah in his 4 part series titled “Jonah: The Man That Ran.”
